What happens when your purchase doesn't work out?
Due to the customized nature of most orders, your purchase funds will be authorized only and processed after we confirm the details of your order including delivery.
Orders can be canceled within 72 hours of being placed online. After the 72 hour cancellation window has passed, refunds are offered at our sole discretion.
Unfortunately most orders are non-refundable after the cancellation window has passed. In the event that your particular case allows us to offer a refund and return to the manufacturer, the shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer and all returns must be in condition they arrived and in the original packaging. Restocking and processing fees may apply up to 25% of the purchase price. We reserve the right to refuse all refund requests after the 72 hour cancellation window has passed, however we promise to work with you based on the unique circumstance of your order to pursue a viable solution.

We replace items if they are defective, missing, or damaged upon arrival. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you need to exchange, send us an email at email@example.com with photos of the defective or damaged area. We suggest you do not reject a delivery upon arrival without documenting photos first, return delivery fees and restocking fees directed by the manufacturer may result.
Warranties are provided by each manufacturer and may vary from company to company. We can provide the warranty info upon selection of certain items.
